the best face mask I have found is simply whipped egg whites. Their cheap and leave my face soft and tightened.

every once in a while mix equal parts of a very ripe avocado and some plain yogart. put it in your hair and let it sit for about 20 minutes. then thorouly wash it out with shampoo. it leaves your hair soft and shiny.
