Whats the worst shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair? Have heard some can fade colour?

the best shampoo for coloured hair is baby shampoo, and a good conditioner, if you rinse your hair with very hot water you will notice you loose more dye! cooler water fixes and locks colour in giving it a shine, don't waste your money on shampoos designed for coloured hair they are not really true, all they do is coat the hair giving it a glossy false colour! in any salon you will note that only 3 types of shampoo normally used, normal, greasy and dry, all containing almond, hope this helps, exp hairdresser over 20 yearsWhats the worst shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair? the ones that you can buy at a regular grocery store or drug store. If you have to get the ones there, then I would get tresemme or garnier...and make sure its for the color treated hair. But if you're willing to spend more, then go to the hair salon or a beaty supply store, I used Biolage.Whats the worst shampoo and conditioner for coloured hair? Have heard some can fade colour?
Shampoos that tend to strip color due to more harsh chemicals are finesse and white rain right off the top of my head :) Paula Begoun is a 'beauty expert' and author who wrote 'don't buy haircare products without me' and has some reviews of various products.
Head %26amp; Shoulders strips the dye out of the hair. I had a hair colour disaster and a few hairdressers recommended that I use Head %26amp; Shoulders shampoo to help fade/strip the colour. xx
I dunno about that... People with coloured hair are supposed to use shampoo and conditioner FOR coloured hair.
Head and shoulders fade hair. If you want to pro-long your colour buy a coloured hair shampoo.
