Shampoo/Conditioner for tangled hair?

I always have really knotting/tangely hair when I get out of the shower. The best thing that has helped me out is using head and shoulders 2 in 1 AND some other conditiner. Any products or tips that can help me with tangled hair?Shampoo/Conditioner for tangled hair?
Brush your hair before you get in the shower. When you wash your hair, massage the shampoo into your scalp only, and then gently push the suds from the scalp to the ends without mashing up your hair or rubbing it. Shampoo is very concentrated, so the suds are enough to cleanse the hair. Your scalp is the only part that actually gets dirty. If you use a lot of products in your hair, you will have to ';wash'; your hair about twice a week, but even then be very gentle and don't rub or scrub. Just lightly massage the shampoo into your hair from scalp to ends. You will also prevent split ends by treating your hair carefully.Shampoo/Conditioner for tangled hair?
If your hair is really long then cut it a little. You should use Herbal Essences shampoo and conditionor and find one for your hair type. my hair used to be really long down to my waist and it got really tangled but now its past my shoulders by an inch and i use herbal essences. Also try a detangling spray when your hair is dry. Bring a comb in thwe shower and comb it with the conditionor still in your hair then wash the conditionor off.

:)
try tresseme for the breaking hair. even though your hair isnt breaking it will have more nutrients in it than a regular conditionor.

hope i helped!
use herbal essences or pert
