Heat defense or intense damage shampoo & conditioner?

okay my hair is really damaged from straightening, so im debating if i should use dove heat defense or dove intense damage therapy shampoo and conditioner??

thank you!(=Heat defense or intense damage shampoo %26amp; conditioner?
These products can contribute to your damage Pantene, Herbal Essence %26amp; Garnier are silicone products. They make you hair nice at first but as the silicone builds up it locks out moisture your hair weakens %26amp; breaks. Use pro products they last longer because you use less so the extra expense is worth it. The shampoos don't contain a detergent lathering agent so it's weird at first because you are used to lather. Great specialty products are, Joico K-Pak Reconstructor also Silk Results, Rusk has New Pro Elements Keratin. Big Sexy has good general products. Take Biotin %26amp; Vitamin E check it out on WebMD %26amp; Google.Heat defense or intense damage shampoo %26amp; conditioner?
i have tried the dove intense damage .. it makes you hair look a little healthier but it's not a permanent fix.. after a while it starts building up making you hair seem heavy ..

what i do recommend you try is the garnier fructis repair and strength shampoo and strength and shine leave-on conditioner.. that really helped bring moisture back to my hair and make my hair stronger i have been using it for 2 months now and no split ends or breakage.. it also made my hair soo much smoother ..

for my hair, i have middle eastern hair btw and it's thick, so i have to shampoo and repeat 2-3 times to get any buildup/oil from my scalp.. but it's an absolutely good brand and it's almost always on sale at drug stores like walgreens and rite aid.

btw,.. if you're planning on using heat products(iron/blow dryer) i recommend youV05 heat defense (it's a small red spray bottle).. it gives you hair shine, defrizzes, and protect hair from heat plus it's smells good and it's light.. spray it over you hair and then brush/comb through it to get an even coat on your head
Have you ever tried Aussie brand haircare? I find that I never have to use anything but their Aussie Moist 2 in 1 and that leave in conditioning spray. I use heat on my hair everyday and it has done wonders for me.
