My hair is fairly long, blonde with highlights, I have a lot of hair but it is fine so it doesn't always look like it :) The ends definately get dry but the top can get oily so.... I've tried alot both drugstore cheapies and salon brands. My favourite is Advance Group. Made in Canada, don't know if it's available in the states. Sold in salons but not as expensive as other brands. Never had a conditioner that made my hair so soft.
Get Garnier Fructis Length and Strength Shampoo and Conditioner. It is great and it helps your hair grow strong and it even repairs split ends! it is WONDERFUL!
