well i'm a green nyle user and i do not use a conditioner............because if i use it ,my hair gets weighed down or in some cases freeze out.
but i'd like to know if not using a condotioner will psoe for any damage in the long run.
i ahve long hair.How many of you are nyle shampoo users and u do not use conditioner?
I use it fine ok.
