Take Vitamins, drink enough water, and eat right, your body will produce more hair, and your finger nails will grow faster as well as your hair.





If you are mineral decficient then your body will slow/stop the production of hair, and of your fingernails... same thing if you drink lots of soda instead of water/juice.Other than shampoo and conditioner what else can make our hair grow?
if you are balding.. you are balding. No food or shampoo is gonna fix that.
well, heat condition can make itr. I'm not suggest you to burn your hair or something..I mean when you feel heat (sun, exercise, etc) normally your hair will grow faster.
Time. Hair in good condition will grow faster too!
believe it or not, healthy hair grows faster than unhealthy one. and avocado helps your follicles. get 2 avocados, ripe. then smash the insides into a ';guacamole'; and rub it on your scalp, and use the paste also all along your hair.

My friend , when I was going to school in Japan, ';teased'; her hair so badly that she had a visible bald spot on the top of her head. She went to a specialist and told her to wash her hair with Phisohex which is a bacterial wash we used in the hospital when taking care of patients.
