only shampoo the top of your hair by your scalp and roots, then condition the ends only. Don't worry cause when you wash the shampoo out of your hair it will run down to the roots, so its not like the end is not getting washed. This way you can wash everyday. Then when you run out switch to another brand b/c using the same chemicals for too long causes build up and damage to your hair. My hair is mostly damaged because of my hair straightener, so i try not to use it as much as I use to.

it's actually not good to wash your hair everyday because it strips away your hair's natural oils and causes your hair to become real dry. i would reccommend using a good conditioner about twice a week and leaving it in your hair about 10 minutes before rinsing it out. and make sure there's no alcohol in the cond. as it also dries out your hair real bad
Well, I use Treseme Moisture for my hair. It used to get greasy and damaged. It works wonders for my hair. I wash my hair every other day, trying not to create even worse damage. If you use it, make sure you get the conditioner all through your hair.
well my hair WAS really damadged until i started using loreal products...and have you ever heard of '3 minute miracle' ?

id go for a week with the damage repair stuff, then for the next week go every other day then see if it starts helping and use it whenever you need it.
You can use it every time.
