garnier for the shampoo conditioner and silk shiner stuff, but tresemme for the mousse and hairspray. id say neither im using aussie at the mo it leaves my hair feeling really silky and i have horrible hair eveyones commenting and saying how nice it is and it smells great too

I believe Frutics has one with avocado, if not, just buy one from Nexus they are expensive but worth every penny!

I read the directions.
after you shampoo and leave it on for a few minutes. But if your hair is really dried out course or split ends, get a good conditioner and cover your hair good and then cap it or use a plastic bag, leave on over night then shampoo in the morning wow...what a difference.

well i'm a green nyle user and i do not use a conditioner............because if i use it ,my hair gets weighed down or in some cases freeze out.


but i'd like to know if not using a condotioner will psoe for any damage in the long run.
